Iced Mocha Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon Nescafé Classic instant coffee
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 cup cold milk (or milk alternative like almond or oat milk)
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional for topping)
  • Chocolate syrup (optional for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Mix Coffee and Cocoa:

    • In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of Nescafé Classic, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, and 1-2 tablespoons of sugar (depending on your preferred sweetness).
  2. Dissolve with Hot Water:

    • Add 1/4 cup of hot water to the coffee-cocoa mixture. Stir until the coffee, cocoa, and sugar are completely dissolved and well combined.
  3. Prepare the Milk:

    • Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour 1 cup of cold milk over the ice.
  4. Combine Coffee and Milk:

    • Pour the coffee-cocoa mixture over the cold milk. Stir well to combine.
  5. Top and Serve:

    • Optionally, top the Iced Mocha with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup for extra indulgence.

Tips:

  • Make it Decaf: Use decaffeinated Nescafé if you prefer a caffeine-free version.
  • Adjust Sweetness: You can reduce or increase the sugar depending on how sweet you like your mocha.
  • Vegan Option: Use plant-based milk like almond or oat milk for a dairy-free version.
