PROJECT SUMMARY

PROJECT TASKS
Warehouse:
- Receive and unload equipment at the designated warehouse facility
- Verify quantities and inspect for any visible damage
- Document and report any discrepancies or damage to the customer
- Store equipment in the appropriate warehouse locations

Staging:
- Retrieve equipment from warehouse storage as per staging requirements
- Assemble and rack equipment according to customer specifications
- Perform initial power-on and basic configuration checks
- Label equipment based on customer naming conventions
- Conduct functionality testing and burn-in tests

Inventory:
- Perform detailed inventory audit of received equipment
- Record serial numbers, asset tags, and other relevant information

- Perform final configuration and customization based on customer requirements
