Dalgona Coffee Recipe (Whipped Coffee)
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Nescafé Classic instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons sugar (white, brown, or any preferred sweetener)
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1 cup cold or warm milk (depending on preference)
- Ice cubes (if making an iced version)
Instructions:

Whip the Coffee Mixture:
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of Nescafé Classic, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of hot water.
- Use a hand whisk, electric mixer, or spoon (though it takes longer) to whisk the mixture.
- Whisk until it becomes thick, frothy, and light in color (about 3-5 minutes with an electric mixer).

Prepare the Milk:
- In a glass, add ice cubes if making iced coffee, or warm up the milk if you prefer hot coffee.
- Pour in 1 cup of milk (cold for iced coffee, warm for hot coffee).

Top with Whipped Coffee:
- Gently spoon the whipped coffee mixture over the milk. The creamy, frothy coffee sits beautifully on top of the milk.

Serve and Enjoy:
- Stir the whipped coffee into the milk when you're ready to drink.
- Optionally, garnish the top with a dusting of cocoa powder, cinnamon, or chocolate shavings.
Tips:
- Adjust Sweetness: You can adjust the amount of sugar based on your taste.
- Add Flavors: Mix in a teaspoon of vanilla extract, cocoa powder, or a pinch of cinnamon to the whipped coffee mixture for a twist.
- Milk Alternatives: Substitute regular milk with almond, oat, or any plant-based milk of your choice.
