Mindful Wellbeing Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (base liquid, rich in vitamin E)
  • 1 small banana (for natural sweetness and potassium)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (antioxidants, support brain health)
  • 1 handful of spinach (vitamins and minerals)
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (healthy fats and protein)
  • 1 tsp maca powder (adaptogen, may help with stress)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric (anti-inflammatory properties)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (helps balance blood sugar)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (omega-3 fatty acids)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional, for added protein)
  • Small piece of fresh ginger (aids digestion, anti-inflammatory)
  • Pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to your Vitamix blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy mindfully.
