# Iced Mocha Recipe

## Ingredients:
|
|
- **1 tablespoon** Nescafé Classic instant coffee
|
|
- **1 tablespoon** cocoa powder (unsweetened)
|
|
- **1-2 tablespoons** sugar (adjust to taste)
|
|
- **1/4 cup** hot water
|
|
- **1 cup** cold milk (or milk alternative like almond or oat milk)
|
|
- Ice cubes
|
|
- Whipped cream (optional for topping)
|
|
- Chocolate syrup (optional for garnish)
|
|
|
|
## Instructions:
|
|
|
|
1. **Mix Coffee and Cocoa**:
|
|
- In a small bowl, mix **1 tablespoon of Nescafé Classic**, **1 tablespoon of cocoa powder**, and **1-2 tablespoons of sugar** (depending on your preferred sweetness).
|
|
|
|
2. **Dissolve with Hot Water**:
|
|
- Add **1/4 cup of hot water** to the coffee-cocoa mixture. Stir until the coffee, cocoa, and sugar are completely dissolved and well combined.
|
|
|
|
3. **Prepare the Milk**:
|
|
- Fill a glass with **ice cubes** and pour **1 cup of cold milk** over the ice.
|
|
|
|
4. **Combine Coffee and Milk**:
|
|
- Pour the coffee-cocoa mixture over the cold milk. Stir well to combine.
|
|
|
|
5. **Top and Serve**:
|
|
- Optionally, top the Iced Mocha with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup for extra indulgence.
|
|
|
|
## Tips:
|
|
- **Make it Decaf**: Use decaffeinated Nescafé if you prefer a caffeine-free version.
|
|
- **Adjust Sweetness**: You can reduce or increase the sugar depending on how sweet you like your mocha.
|
|
- **Vegan Option**: Use plant-based milk like almond or oat milk for a dairy-free version.
|
