# Mindful Wellbeing Smoothie

## Ingredients:
|
|
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (base liquid, rich in vitamin E)
|
|
- 1 small banana (for natural sweetness and potassium)
|
|
- 1/2 cup blueberries (antioxidants, support brain health)
|
|
- 1 handful of spinach (vitamins and minerals)
|
|
- 1 tbsp almond butter (healthy fats and protein)
|
|
- 1 tsp maca powder (adaptogen, may help with stress)
|
|
- 1/2 tsp turmeric (anti-inflammatory properties)
|
|
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (helps balance blood sugar)
|
|
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (omega-3 fatty acids)
|
|
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional, for added protein)
|
|
- Small piece of fresh ginger (aids digestion, anti-inflammatory)
|
|

## Instructions:
